How long can I make a return and do I have to pay the fees?
The free self-service return service is only available in mainland France and Belgium.
Here are the return policies for orders in mainland France:
1. Use your return label within 45 days of purchase, we will cover the delivery costs.
2. For more than one return label on the same order, the costs will be €4.5 per additional package.
3. You can also make the return via your local carrier but at your own expense.
How can I get my refund?
1. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days of receiving your return package.
During sales season, it takes a little longer to process returns in our warehouse. Your refund will be delayed by approximately 3 to 5 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Original shipping charges, handling fees and shipping guarantee are not refundable.
3. If you have not agreed otherwise with our customer service, your refund will automatically be made to your SHEIN Wallet. You can then deduct your refund amount from your next order or, if you wish, transfer it to your personal bank account at any time. As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have any problems with your return, please contact customer service within 90 days of your order, once the deadline has passed we will no longer be able to process your return request.
